The Ideal Client.

We have just found a property for an ideal client. Our client is a high profile wealthy individual, but as we specialise in luxury property, this is more usual than unusual. Our client was seeking property in another country, again a common factor. The property was for investment and will probably be rented, again not unusual.

So what made him an ideal client?

The brief was straightforward – the budget, type and size of property and preferred location.

As property locators we endeavour to locate properties which match a brief, give advice on suitability, negotiate with agents, make arrangements for viewing and hopefully find the ideal property.

Our service is discreet and confidential, many clients wish to remain anonymous until the final stages, some are virtually reclusive, a few behave badly, puffed up with their own importance and bringing their bullying tactics with them. Yes we see all types, but that is true of business in general.

Our ideal client – communicated in a professional manner, responded to emails and telephone messages, considered property details submitted, advised us on what he considered to be positive and negative points.

Business often relies on professional communication which used to be the rule rather than the exception. These days with mass communication standards often slip to the point of rudeness which makes civil, considerate communication stand out as ideal.
